If I want to sell my house in the future, how can I prove that the old oil tank was removed?

We provide you with a Certificate of Disposal and soil analysis which you must provide for property sale and transfer. This is a legal document that not only proves the oil tank was removed, but that it was removed according to all legal guidelines.
